The Executive Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law were issued pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 34/2024, which detailed several provisions of the Data Protection Law, most notably: the procedures for obtaining a personal data processing permit stipulated in Article (5) of the Law, the controls for processing children's personal data, the controls and procedures for exercising the rights of the personal data subject, and the obligations of the controller and processor.
