Oral history

Oral history data consists of information derived from interviews with individuals who preserve significant historical and cultural experiences and events. It includes statistical details such as the year the interviews were conducted, the total number of interviews, the number of interviews that have been transcribed, and the total duration of these recordings. In addition, it covers the subjects of the interviews as well as information related to the editing process.

It presents the most prominent statistical indicators related to the insurance sector in the Sultanate of Oman, such as insurance premiums, claims paid, the number of insurance policies issued, the number of employees, retention ratios, and loss ratios for various branches of insurance, in addition to the financial indicators of insurance companies and their operational performance starting from 2003.
