Regulatory Framework for the Preparation of the State’s Development Budget Estimates for 2026
This list comprises regulatory guidelines jointly issued by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance under Circular No. (1) of 2025. It reviews the state’s actual financial performance for the ended fiscal year and some economic and monetary indicators. It compares the approved estimates of revenues, expenditure, and deficit in the approved budget, as well as the means of financing and public debt.
