Regulatory Framework for the Preparation of the State’s Development Budget Estimates for 2026

This list comprises regulatory guidelines jointly issued by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance under Circular No. (1) of 2025. It pertains to the preparation of the State’s General Budget estimates for the fiscal year 2026 (both operational and development budgets), as well as the framework for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan (2026–2030).
